Small decor items typically ship within 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery via our specialized white-glove courier service to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, New Hall Interiors ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
What is your return policy for home furnishings?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that custom-made upholstery and 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return.
